There are many paths for us to take to get us to where we want to be, but where do we want to be and why? People have this conception that if they work hard they will get that house they want, earn the money they want, or get that car they want, only to realize many years later that this actually brings very little happiness.
Connecting to our true selves
This does not mean to say that having a nice home or a luxurious car will never bring happiness because it can, it is just not something that can bring true happiness to the individual. Our true path and our true reason for being here should be to learn to connect with the true part of us- our inner being.
We all have a contrast that is set out in front of us and there is a reason for this. We learn from it! Each part of this is beautiful because each part of it brings growth. We cannot know love without first knowing fear. We cannot now cold without first knowing hot. We cannot learn positively without first knowing negativity. A lot of the time, when you see someone with financial wealth that totally appreciates it they will tell you that they were once completely down and out. This is the reason they appreciate what they have and this is how they keep it too. The whole purpose of our lives is to learn.
Feeling good is feeling God
If something does not feel right to you then it probably is not. We are all very instinctual beings but sadly we do not always trust what we are being told. People do not always understand the importance of that gut feeling and so they do it anyway. What then happens is they end up miserable or struggling. If the path is the right path for you, it will feel joyful and fun. It will be one with love because God and our Universe is love. This is your true indicator that you are doing what you are supposed to do and ultimately, that will connect you to your inner being and make you able to continue creating this way. Any sign of happiness, joy, positivity, exhilaration, love, means that you are on your right path to becoming the best you which will ultimately take you to where you want to be in all areas of your life.
"The Highest Thought is always that thought which contains joy. The Clearest words are those
which contain truth. The Grandest Feeling is that feeling which you call love"
- Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch.
Never underestimate the simplicity of joy. It may not be part of your everyday life (but) but it is something that we all want to strive for. When we take action in joy we are going down the right path to becoming a blended being. A blended being is one who lives in the physical body and reality but going within to find the answers. Our inner being will always take us down a path of least resistance but we have to trust that this is what happening. It may start off as a small nudge but eventually, it will manifest into something bigger and the longer you continue to ignore it the more you will feel the pull or even worse, you may become numb to the feeling altogether. Appreciate your feeling of fear and know that love is on the other side.

Yoga Meditation Music: “In Tune with the Self“ - Balance, Spiritual Awareness, Wellness, Nada Yoga
Inspired by the yoga practice known as Nada Yoga, or “the union through sound”, which is based on the belief that all that exists in the universe are made of sound vibrations known as “nada”. This ancient indian metaphysical and spiritual art form involves the inner transformation of the person through sound and tone, which is a universal path towards self-discovery and self-realization, and self-acceptance. It promotes mental focus and breath control. In our meditation music track, also known as “In Tune with the Self”, are brainwave entrainments that range from 8Hz to 0.5Hz, which are associated with high states of consciousness, spiritual insight, deep relaxation, increased memory, focus and creativity and total knowing.
