Zen Meditation Music: "Satori" - Awakening, Awareness, Inner Peace, Wisdom, Relaxation, Yoga

Satori is also known as an awakening or sudden enlightenment, and it refers to the experience of seeing into one’s true nature or essence. Our “Satori” music track is connected to Zazen which, in Zen Buddhism, simply means seated meditation and is a discipline practice that involves focusing on the breath while allowing one’s thoughts to flow in and out without putting any interest in them. Usually done in a lotus sitting position, the practitioner sits with their back straight, hands folded in a mudra position, and the eyes half-open and relaxed. Training in this method puts the focus and concentration on the breath. Using brainwave entrainment frequencies that range from 0.5Hz to 7Hz, these are associated with high states of meditation, spiritual insight, profound inner peace and inner wisdom, awareness and self-renewal. Using the carrier frequency of 126.22Hz, this is associated with the Manipura, also called Hara, and gives advance feelings of centering and balance. Listen with headphones to achieve the best binaural beats results, and keep the volume at a comfortable low setting. To start this session, allow your mind to focus mainly on the breath and the music.
